From the top down.Stunnng customer service the food was a gourmet delight with a very complimenting wine selection. Despite a wet rainy day the rolling hills and walk around the manicured grounds was the recipe for a wonderful relaxing time. Everything has been well thought through ensuring guests stay was at an optimum of delight enjoyment and relaxation. Thank you for the experience
This is definitely the best place I have ever eaten at in my whole life. The time and effort put in to combine ingredients is beyond perfect. The presentation is made into an art peice. They are lucky to have such talented chefs. The waiters are always watching ready to move plates and top up drinks. We have been many times and the degustation menu is my favourite even if they serve ingredients I normally wouldn't eat I just go with it and I'm always pleasantly surprised wit the fabulous flavours and textures.
Spicers Clovelly Estate has some interesting information on why Australia is called the land down under?
Australia is known as 'the land Down Under' for its position in the southern hemisphere. The discovery of Australia began when European explorers searched for land under the continent of Asia. Before Australia was discovered, it was known as Terra Australis Incognita the unknown southern land.
