Ettalong Beach Tourist Resort is a 37 room boutique motel with pool and spa on level one and four function rooms/areas seating 20 to 200 people including a stunning Italian piazza (courtyard). The motel is built above an 80 stall market offering arts and crafts, books, jewellery, shoes, clothing, home decor, gifts, haberdashery, hardware, new age products, massage therapist, psychic reader and a bakery open weekends only. Four cafes operate within the market. 10 restaurants in the complex adjoin a six screen cinema complex which is open all week. Imagine a resort styled to reflect the ambience of a Mediterranean village, with beautifully appointed accommodation, a choice of fine dining experiences, the casual atmosphere of cafes and alfresco eateries, and the joie de vivre of a village market.4.7 based on 3 reviews
Absolutely amazing. The hotel is an integral part of the markets, cinema and restaurants, all in an incredibly ornate classic Italian style. If you are anywhere in the area you must visit. If you are staying for the weekend we definitely recommend the hotel. Large room with double and single bed, private courtyard with table and chairs, air conditioning worked fine, big TV, fridge. Everything you need for a place to sleep. Very quiet at night. Bed was comfortable and everything very clean.And if you get the chance , visit the cinema, it is beautiful. Only 1 downside is La Fiamma restaurant. Horrible stale food that they cook in advance and leave sitting in the kitchen getting stale until someone orders it. Had a horrible stale pizza there
This place is awesome. Like you stepped into an Italian timewarp and the only thing missing is a canal! The markets are awesome lots to do and see. Staff at check in really friendly. Our room was quaint, clean and surprisingly quiet with the markets on. Walking distance to any thing you may need. Really enjoyed our stay.
