Bay n Basin Lodge is a small motel of six rooms, each room with its own en suite and individually furnished according to its destination theme (Bali, Victorian, Australian Bush, Hyams Beach, London Studio and French Chic). On the property is a licensed restaurant with a variety of dishes including seafood and steak, with ingredients sourced locally where possible. The restaurant is available for private function hire such as weddings. The motel is located across the road from the St Georges Basin Country Club with facilities for golf, tennis, and lawn bowls. Free parking, good size room, ideal base for driving around the Jervis Bay area. Beautiful sunsets over the lake just down the road. Restaurant is only open at the end of the week, not sure how good or bad it is therefore. Very friendly and helpful couple running the place. Great recommendations for the local area. Air conditioned rooms and very comfortable bed.
