Wow, what a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are spacious, 61 square metres - more like an 1 bed room apartment with kitchenette and laundry, and with excellent views. The parking/drop off is a little tight, but at least the road is a dead-end road with low traffic. There were 2 low points with our stay: 1. don't bother with the 'sofa-bed'. The mattress is so thin that you feel every spring and wire in it. It's much more comfortable to fold it up as a sofa, use the sofa cushions on the floor is a lot more comfortable. 2. The breakfast staff were inefficient and poorly presented. They need better training, guidance, and monitoring. Otherwise, this hotel had everything.
Given the price, I couldn't give this place more than 4 stars. The location is wonderful. The rooms are large. However the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor with every shower and the air conditioner did not cool the room. I was also very disappointed with the gym. You have to walk through the wet pool area to access the dark, humid gym. Equipment was mediocre. Overall I do not think it's worth the price. For the rooms with the view of the harbour, the price is rediculous.
