I have stayed in many hotels in Brisbane in the same area, similar prices, but this is the first hotel that has held on the $100.50 deposit that you pay on arrival, that hasn't released that money very soon after departure. It's 3 days since we left and that money is still on hold and can't get it. When I contacted them I was told I could wait for 10 days. I acknowledge I signed a document accepting this, but NEVER have I had to wait such a long for this money. Just a warning to fellow guests. It wasn't a very good hotel anyway I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
