This is a preference hotel for our company so I have stayed many many times. The rooms are always clean and tidy. Spacious rooms, great service, convenient location. Usually we eat out in near by South Bank or other convenient locations but the times that I have eaten in, the food has been quite good. I have no hesitation going back again.
Outstanding service by all friendly staff with excellent room accommodation and facilities, including well designed gym and free bottled water provided. Highly recommend the location for anyone looking to stay in BNE City. The pool cabana was an amazing experience with poolside personal service included. Reasonable room service charges, and beverage costs, with the best coffee station! Guest services quick, with extra towels and toiletries provided by request. Easy process to charge room for extra services during our stay. The buffet breakfast was extraordinary, with cooked and continental varieties to choose from, fresh fruit smoothies and juice shots provided. Loved it! We have have stayed in a number of 5 star Gold Coast accommodation, however none of these establishments come close to the level of service and cleanliness provided at The Point. 11 out of 10 stars! Thank you to all the friendly staff at The Point for making our Mark Ward Property team Xmas party fancy and fabulous!
