Have stayed here several times and will be back. Rooms are great for overnight stay. Furnishings well kept. Front staff just lovely. Location is very handy with multiple small restaurants, bakery, liquor store, etc. right next door. Just a short taxi trip for $11 to the heart of the city. Looking forward to our next o'night city get away.
On both occasions that I have stayed at this hotel it was a great experience. Reception staff are always lovely and the buffet breakfast is a welcome sight. The food is of great quality with a wide selection. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Bathrooms are very modern, the highlight is the water pressure. Aircon is pleasant. Housekeeping staff are respectful and prompt. Thank you so much to all the staff for running a tight ship.
The venue and facilities were good. Easy checkin and checkout with a warm and friendly greeting at checkin. The room was clean and all room facilities were modern and up to date. Was conveniently and centrally located. Was very close to and within easy walking distance to the City, local shopping, Southbank precinct, as well as hospitals. Great value, great location, and would absolutely stay again.
We stayed here as our son had surgery at a hospital near by. The hotel was lovely. Clean, good sized rooms, everything we needed close by. One issue is the parking. The parking is free and meant for hotel guests only, but people using the local restaurants will gladly park in the hotel's car parks, squeezing hotel guests out. Do not expect to find a park around dinner time.
