  The interior is nice. Staff are all lovely and attentive. Their pub however is not something that I like. Meat dishes are generally ok but a bit inconsistent. There's not a great selection of beer too.

  Why did not staff at meal order point inform customers that there is a 10 per cent surcharge Queen's birthday holiday? Or at least have a sign. Not happy!

  A local pub / restaurant in Blackburn, young staff are friendly and welcoming, menu is reasonably broad and showcases its steak options. Have visited many times and has been a bit hit and miss, meat dishes generally ok but a bit inconsistent. Latest visit had four mains with two good and two not so good (pulled chicken burger and Risotto with mushroom, avocado and chicken), steak was ok but not cooked medium rare as requested, previous visits have been better. Will visit again and hopefully kitchen will have a more consistent night

  Nice decor and air con. Was using hotel facilities in between gigs today - Melissa and Keith were lovely and very, very helpful and attentive. Outstanding staff.
