Personally I loved this hotel. We arrived early and we're shown nothing but professional courtesy from the receptionist who upon hearing that it was our honeymoon gave us an upgrade and bottle of wine. The hotel was spotless ,the breakfast was the best we had on our tour of Australia. We can't recommend this hotel enough. If I could give 6 stars I would. And Parramatta was a joy on NEW years eve.
Good location to several restaurants with a nice vibe. Easy to walk to park for some exercise. Pool is deep so kiddies need supervision. Breakfast was adequate and enjoyed the fresh cream and plentiful food even at end of serving time. Room was tidy and comfortable.
Perfect location for Parramatta stay. Comfy bed & adequate room overall. Very good housekeeping in room, very clean & well presented. Friendly staff. Restaurant evening meal was great & breakfasts good too but when?? will the elevators ever all be working??
