I travel through Biloela regularly, and decided it would be an interesting experiment to stay at a different motel each time. So far the Palms have stood out as providing the best value for money accomodation. Rooms are clean, atmosphere is pleasant, staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant offers an excellent level of dinning usually only seen in larger city centres. My impression of the Palms, is that the staff take pride in their bussiness and strive to maintain a good standard of accomodation at affordable rates. I highly recommend the Palms. Keep up the good work.
The stay here was amazing.. - room was clean and tidy and facilities where very good - service at front desk was absolutely fantastic ...helped with all my questions - breakfast came on time and was lovely I would recommend anyone going to Biloela to stay here I will be staying here for my next visit... Thankyou for the lovely stay...
I have stayed at the Palms many times and the rooms, food etc has always been good. But my dinner last night was fabulous. I ordered room service and got a Caesar Salad with prawns. Best Caesar Salad ever, the poached egg was perfect. Highly recommend it if you want something light. Thanks for a great stay.
Biloela Palms Motor Inn has some interesting information on why Australia is called the land down under?
Australia is known as 'the land Down Under' for its position in the southern hemisphere. The discovery of Australia began when European explorers searched for land under the continent of Asia. Before Australia was discovered, it was known as Terra Australis Incognita the unknown southern land.
