  Luke very welcoming - economical room a typical pub room..overhead fan for cooling..bed clean and comfortable and opened onto verandah...handy to main street - Luke thoughtfully warned us no restaurants opened in town during the week but we were able to find enough food without travel..breakfast basic - white toast / cereal and tea. Cafe down the street...good walk to the historic goldfield site. Pretty little town to explore. the many trucks passing through the intersection out front of the hotel actually have a curfew from 10pm to 7am so you get a quiet night sleep. Parking out the back of the hotel.

  Lovely friendly bar staff. Helpful advice and good cold beer. Beautiful country pub and lovely clean quiet caravan park

  Amazing service, amazing food, kind staff, just an all around great place to have a break when passing through, or stop and have dinner at! Also a great place to stay the night for tired travellers!

  An awesome pub with the best food in town. Clean and well maintained with great staff, it is an absolute credit to the proprietor Luke Hindmarsh who has really made the place something special and somewhere you'd be proud to take family, friends and acquaintances to. It is very kid friendly and just a pleasure to go there.
