Our Italian Table is an Italian cooking school located within the beautiful Nicita Estate – a working vineyard in the heart of Pokolbin. Nestled amongst the vines with views in all directions, you will experience a moment of serenity as you surrender yourself to the aromas and sounds of the Italian kitchen.
They invite you to join them in their cucina, fill your glass, enjoy chatter with friends, learn something new and then gather around the table for a shared meal.
Come by yourself of bring a group of friends or colleagues and join them in the preparation of traditional Italian food made from local seasonal produce. From half day courses in pasta making to three-day immersive experiences or anything in between – they can tailor your experience to suit your requirements.
Or join them for one of their outdoor Italian long lunches and twilight dinners held most weekends in Spring and Autumn.
