Dancing Bean Espresso Bar is actually a whole lot more than the name suggests. It’s there, in a converted warehouse at the end of a laneway off busy Brisbane Street, that award-winning roaster Rob Mergard gets busy at the roaster.
The results – a range of Dancing Bean blends and single origins, are now supplied to cafes across south-east Queensland and beyond.
