Twinstar Guesthouse and Observatory is a unique motel-style B&B with an in-house astronomical observatory. Guests are offered a free undercover parking and a one-hour free Wi-Fi internet access. A complimentary guided "Night Sky Tour" is conducted from a private 4.5 metre fibre-glass observatory every night from 20:30 (weather permitting). The tour introduces visitors to star clusters, nebulae, galaxies, planets and the moon under dark rural skies with a large 46cm reflecting telescope. The tour takes only up to six people, allowing a plenty of viewing time for each person. The Guesthouse has three guest rooms with its own entrance off the veranda. Each room has a reverse cycle air-conditioner, toilet and shower, microwave, toaster, television, DVD, fridge and a queen bed. Continental breakfast is included in the tariff and placed in each room on the day before. The optional dinner is available with 24-hour advance booking required.
